What you can do to help the campaign:
As an individual
- Sign the petition.
- Spread the word - tell your colleagues, friends and family about the campaign and spread the word through twitter (using the hash tag #baccforthefuture ), Facebook and other social media.
- Write to your MP - you can use the template letter and The Facts page and let us know if you do this.
As an organisation
- Sign the petition.
- Spread the word - use any communications you make (e-newsletters, emails to stakeholders and members) to promote the petition can campaign. You can also spread the word by following the excellent recommendations of the Cultural Learning Alliance (CLA), including briefing your communications team, telling your board and/or governors about the campaign. You can also spread the word through twitter (using the hash tag #baccforthefuture ), Facebook and other social media.
- Put the campaign logos and banner ads (available below) on your site wherever possible.
- Lobby any Peers or MPs you have good contacts with - ask them if they will support a sixth pillar of creative subjects to be included in the EBacc and let us know if you do this.
